Delicious authentic humble Greek food. Kafenio is run by a lovely caring family who genuinely look after their customers. Very quick and efficient staff. Drop in mid week or book a table for friends family for a weekend feast. You are not pressured to get the banquet if you are in a large group, they just want you to be happy. Eveything is made from scratch with fresh produce. Look for the big blue house, top of Vulture St! Plenty of street parking or 4 min bus ride ftom the cultural centre on the 199!! Really good, authentic Greek food at reasonable prices. Servings are typically Greek; that is, huge. We enjoyed a work group lunch and ordered from the Kid's Menu as we saw how massive the equivalent full servings were. The service was quick and friendly and the food was excellent. Best hot chips in West End.
