This place is a definite no-go. My friend and I went to dine in on a Friday around 5 pm. Our waitress never introduced herself; she just handed us the menus and returned shortly to take our orders. We ordered pepper shrimp fried rice and chicken with broccoli. Not once were we offered water for the table. The chicken and broccoli arrived cold, while the fried rice was just okay. To make matters worse, two drunk men approached our table and were very disruptive. Despite us politely asking them to leave, neither the waitress nor management intervened. Honestly a crazy show from the get go. Delivery guy left the food hanging on the fence instead of my front door. Anyone could have taken my food away without me knowing. I got roast beef fried rice and paid extra for the mixed veggies and baby corn.Never got veggies and corn in the rice. I also got curry beef with white rice which was ok a bit. It was very watered-down. Thechow mein was actually very bad. Nothing had flavor and it was oily. When I got the food it wasn't seal properly so the ricespilled in the bag and when we called the restaurant and complained they gave us a terrible attitude
I was so disappointed with the food that I got today, it was all bad. The chicken was extremely dried up, burned up and just a big mess, the rice was no better dry and plain, hardly any bora and onions in it. Not my first time getting food from here but this is by far the worst. I will never go back to this location ever again.
The staff at Kaieteur Express were extremely rude. We waited two hours for our food on a Thursday without any apology. When I requested to speak with a manager, I was informed that the lead cashiers were in charge. I suggest spending your money elsewhere. The rice was dry, hard, and lacked flavor.

The food was mediocre, and the service and atmosphere were quite disappointing. The restaurant could really use a deep clean. I ordered a beer, and the waitress opened it and crammed a tissue into the bottle before serving it. Overall, I would rate the food a 3 out of 5.
Where do I even start ! Use to be one of my favorite spots to buy food ! But not anymore please be aware of the spoiled food ! Spent 70 dollars for 3 food and it was just a waste ! Be aware and check your food before you leave !
I ordered the spicy chicken lunch special with lo mein at Kaieteur Express. I didn’t eat any of the chicken because it looked questionable, more like chicken fat or undesirable parts. The lo mein from the menu was decent.
I ordered shrimp fried rice from Kaieteur Express, but I was disappointed. There was hardly any shrimp and no vegetables in the dish. I expected more variety from their menu.
