L'experiència omakase del Kairiku és totalment diferent del menjar japonés occidentalitzat que estam acostumats a menjar a qualsevol altre restaurant. El xef va realitzar l'emplatat davant nosaltres. Menjar-ho va ser una delicia. Sabors i textures que, per a la meva part no havia experimentat. El tracte va ser exquisit i la presentació dels plats es va fer en català i anglès. Només erem parelles, dues parelles mallorquines i dues angleses. Moltes gràcies equip del Kairiku i de l'hotel Sa creu nova de Campos.
A ‘must do’ for any lovers of Japanese food or anyone wanting to find out more about it. The chef, Bruno, shares his passion for his culinary art in an intimate environment- up to a max of 10 guests share the single table and Bruno prepares 10 small courses in front of you, explaining each in wonderful detail. Each course is accompanied by a small glass of different sake. It was all delicious and the whole experience great fun. Worth the expense in every way.
This was a fantastic experience and very interesting. We had Bruno and Laya (probably spellt wrongly) as our hosts and it was very interesting, entertaining and of course a culinary highlight. We enjoyed the intimacy the little room provides and the information that was given throughout the Omakase experience. Fabulous wine/sake choices as well. The wine pairing is extremely good value for money. Thank you very much!
This was a phenomenal dining experience of our holiday. Fresh produce, beautiful preparation and matched sake all created a memorable dining. Fine dining with an added edge. It’s a must if you are a foodie and in Mallorca. Take the detour to Campos you will not regret it. “Kanpai” to the chefs and the enthusiastic Jeremiah our waiter for the evening. “Oishi” food thank you.

Un menú al estilo Omakase, en el que los comensales confían en lo que les prepare el chef. Diez platos, cada cual más exquisito, y con producto local. La atención del chef y aprendiz es excelente. Es una experiencia que vale muchísimo la pena. Mi marido y yo hemos ido varias ocasiones y cada vez se superan.

Muy buen experiencia, se agradece que haya mas cantidad de comida, un total de 10 platos incluyendo prepostre y postre. Nos preocupaba quedarnos con hambre por el precio alto del menú pero no fue así y disfrutamos mucho la experiencia.
