We were with Sandra and Dirk on the second Christmas day. The main dish was really made to the point perfect. The preliminary soup was also excellent, but with the spoon very bad to get out of the jam jars. There was also a potential for the service, which sprayed its “Westphalian charm” (and also a little sauce) in the restaurant which was very well visited at the time. The dessert of the Christmas card had already waited a little for us. But quite understandable on these holidays. The head of the house took care of her guests very nicely. Were in the Kaiserhof on Saturday night. A cozy place. Owners and staff very friendly and accommodating. Guests were served with a good mood and liquors. Food 100% fresh and very tasty. If we're back close, we'll be happy to come back. Can only recommend the Kaiserhof.
We were just two days on a short holiday in Herten. The Kaiserhof was recommended to us by the hotel and it was so good that we were there on both evenings. The dishes were delicious and fresh. Good kitchen and nice service. We'll be back!
