Ugh....this is really bad Chinese food. But again, it's catering to the local tastes, so I kind of feel sorry for the chefs having to cook this stuff (am sure they could do better if the locals were fussier). Buffet is really a pass for anyone with any experience eating decent Chinese food. Nice decor but they don't turn on the air condition so when it's hot outside its a sauna inside. not a single dish tasted good except the banana fritters....super oily and made me real thirsty afterwards (MsG overload). If you're craving Chinese food in the middle of german hinterland, go for it. Stomach demanded many bathroom visits hours later....2 stars because the owners brave enough to convert an old...
Unser erster und unser letzter Besuch im Kaiserpalast. Lange nicht mehr so schlechtes Essen zu mir genommen. Nur um ein Beispiel zu nennen: Was der Pekingsuppe an Würze fehlt, hat die Pikante (!) Ente zuviel abbekommen. Das Essen war durch die Bank weg schlecht. Selbst das Dessert schmeckte schrecklich, sogar das Eis war eine zumutung. Den krönenden Abschluß bildete der Keller, welcher feucht-fröhlich seine Viren in der Weltgeschichte verteilte ohne Anstalten zu machen sich mal die Hand vors Gesicht zu halten oder gar ein Tempo zu benutzen. Als kleines Andenken bekamen wir beide (!) innerhalb von ca. 30 Min. nach dem Essen leichte Bauchschmerzen ... Wiederholungsfaktor: 0,00

Food and service great. But you're not allowed to go to the toilet, it smells very strongly of urine and it's very dirty, and there are also broken faucets and toilet seats. I visited the Kaiserpalast on Friday evening, it was not so full and we could have a good time. The buffet was full of options with sushi, hot dishes, seafood, vegetables and a variety of meat, inlcuding Kangaroo for grilling. The desert options could be better, they were not so tasty. The service was fast and friendly.
It's a buffet and is chinese, and if is a buffet and chinese it's a lot of MSG. You get out of that place with a high blood pressure due to the huge amount of sodium from the junk food.
