Absolutely such an amazing place. Ty makes you feel so welcome and like part of the family. Sara and Laura are fantastic servers with so much energy and made us feel so comfortable. I made a reservation at this restaurant, but I still had to wait about 20-30 minutes for a table as they were quite busy. Once we were finally seated, we ordered some rolls and appetizers. Unfortunately, they were out of oysters, so we opted for kama instead. The atmosphere was a bit dim, and it was quite noisy because of the other diners. As for the food, it was decent. We tried the Seal Beach roll and the Main Street roll, which I believe had crab in the fried component.
Hey there! Let me tell you about my experience. The highlight of my visit, besides the lovely server, was definitely the fantastic Japanese amber ale you see in the picture. However, the sushi was just average. For those seeking a 4-star rating or higher for sushi, you really need to step up your game. Unfortunately, Kaito Sushi didn't meet that standard. No worries, though—there are plenty of other sushi places out there. On to the next one!

I'm not quite sure why this place has such glowing reviews. While the staff was warm and friendly, the food left much to be desired. We visited for a special occasion, hoping to enjoy some delicious sushi, but instead received fish and rolls drenched in heavy, overpowering sauces—even the sashimi. It was definitely off-putting. I hope this was just a bad day for them, but I don't think it's worth spending money to try again.

Excellent service, tasty food, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It felt just like dining at a friend's place. I particularly enjoyed the Jude roll and the jalapeño roll. My family and I will certainly return!
The garlic edamame here is the best I've ever tasted at a sushi restaurant! The rolls are amazing, and my favorite was definitely the crunchy roll. I highly recommend this place to all sushi lovers!
