Decent food, amazing staff and comfy environment. We stopped in for lunch and were immediately greeted by welcoming staff to a table. We got the Tonkotsu Black Rich Ramen, the Premium Tonkotsu Combo as well as the Truffle Ono sushi as our appetizer. We liked the ramen as the portion of our meats were really thick and it came with an egg. I was slightly disappointed in the soup as it was not as flavorful as I thought it was going to be, nevertheless the soup was very brothy: not too much sodium and not flavor overload. I've had multiple ramen dishes, the edamame, gyoza, takoyaki Octopus Balls, chicken fried rice, pork chasu fried rice, the house sake, and the mochii dessert and its all good. My favorite dishes are the Tonkatsu Black Rich Ramen, Gyoza, Octopus Balls, Pork Chasu Fried Rice. Haven't had a bad experience yet. You do get generous portions for Ramen and Fried Rice. This review is solely based on the ramen. Tasteless, tepid broth, pork belly? If so, it was the leanest, dryest on the planet. Only thing that was good was the soy marinated soft boiled egg. The food is good but the service really brings the rating down. The waitress forced me to tip when she did the bare minimum- if that.
