So eine erschreckende Mischung aus Inkompetenz, Gleichgültigkeit und chaotischer Planung habe ich noch nie erlebt. Bereits am ersten Tag wurde ich wie ein lästiges Paket von A nach B geschickt: „Gehen Sie hierhin. Nein, doch dorthin. Jetzt wieder zurück.“ Niemand fühlte sich verantwortlich, niemand hatte einen Überblick, niemand schien auch nur ansatzweise organisiert zu sein. Kann von der Kiefergelenksprechstunde leider nichts gutes berichten. Dass ich die Kosten selbst übernehmen muss, wurde mir erst mitgeteilt, als ich bereits dort war. Die Untersuchung war nicht sehr gründlich. Es wurde sehr viel geredet. Viel heiße Luft und nichts dahinter. Der kleine Raum war vollgestopft mit Leuten. Kam mir vor wie ein interessantes Forschungsobjekt. Für mich kam letztendlich leider nichts dabei herum. Scheinbar hat man mich auch vergessen. Auf E Mails wird nicht reagiert. Absolut enttäuschend. Patientenaufnahme ist eine Katastrophe, zu wenig Sitzplätze, keine Klemmbretter um Formulare auszufüllen. Wirkt wie eine Flüchtlingsanlaufstelle. Einfach erbärmlich.
