Kapadokya Birol Restaurant

Having gone to an Indian restaurant the first evening of our two-day stay in Hildesheim, we chose a Turkish place the second evening, and were very glad we did. Kapadokya is outstanding. We had the Icli kofte, made from ground meat with bulgur, as a...starter. One of our main dishes was the Makamali turlu, aubergines with zucchini, potatoes, and tzatziki. The other main dish was the Adana kebap with pommes and yoghurt. Everything had bright flavors and freshness. The red Turkish wine, Pammukale, was excellent too. Service was prompt and friendly. The restaurant was full of regular customers, all warmly greeted like “family.” We highly recommend this place.

Cucina turca di ottima qualità. Forno a legna per pita e pide e brace per ottime costolette di agnello. Meze,doner,agnello cucinato in una dozzina di modi. Una menzione per il kunefe un dolce con mozzarella filante che ricorda le seadas sarde. Servizio cortese prezzi modici in un ambiente caratteristico.

I went there with sister and mother in May on my mother's birthday. We were all three very satisfied: Corona regulations regarded very friendly/polite personnel tasty food short waiting times fair prices I highly recommend this restaurant

Es ist hier sehr Lecker und ich wahr mit meine Tochter hier essen es hat super geschmeckt und die Bedienung ist sehr gründlich und freundlich,Ich kann es weiter empfehlen !

Very friendly and attentive service, authentic Turkish menu. I have been here few times over the years and it always impresses me for the great food.
