We chose to eat at Karachi Broast Grill, but unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. A staff member nearby was quite rude, loudly insisting that we couldn’t sit at our chosen table and had to move elsewhere. When we requested to have our zinger burger cut in half, he said he would bring a knife but that I’d have to cut it myself, claiming the burger would fall apart if packaged. I’m sure there’s a way to cut a burger without it breaking. Based on this experience, I’d recommend trying Dil Bahar Cafe next door instead, as their food and customer service are much better.
The Zinger burger at Karachi Broast Grill is one of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve ever tasted. It’s always fresh and perfectly cooked, and it offers great value since fries are included. Everything else I’ve tried on the menu has been excellent as well. The customer service stands out too—during a recent storm when the power went out, they continued serving customers using flashlights. The only area for improvement is the interior, which feels a bit rundown. I hope Karachi Broast Grill can make the space more presentable so it’s suitable for hosting parties.
The Zinger Burger is one of the best chicken sandwiches I've ever tasted. It always comes fresh and is cooked to perfection. Plus, it's a fantastic value since it includes fries. Everything I tried from the menu was excellent, and the customer service is exceptional. I recently picked up a takeout order during a storm when I lost power, yet they kept serving customers using flashlights. The only thing that could use some improvement is the restaurant's interior, which could benefit from some updates. I wish it had a cozier atmosphere for hosting parties.
The food was fantastic! I had my heart set on hot wings, but they were unfortunately sold out. Understanding that items can run out, I decided to explore another option and went with the chicken tikka alfredo pasta. It was amazing! On a less positive note, the bathroom could use a bit more attention. On a brighter note, I really liked the variety of seating options available.

This place is known mainly for their burgers and that’s what you should also get when you come here. Some of the other dishes aren’t made as well as the burgers are so don’t be too adventurous, all the beef patty burgers are solid and they come with fries and price is decent for the combo
So far I have only enjoyed the food via delivery, but it has been great. The prices are good for the portions you get. I absolutely love their Mango Lassie. I also enjoy the cheeseburger with fries great honey mustard sauce comes with it and the Greek salad.
We visited Karachi Broast Grill with a group of 12, but the staff member behind the counter had a very unpleasant attitude. We decided to eat next door at Kebab King instead, and we were very glad we did. We will not be returning to Karachi Broast Grill.
Burgers, tandoori platter and Rolls were good but the biryani was pathetic. It was more like a pulav without any salt n spices.Also the guy server at the counter was rude. Not so customer friendly.

Best food in Norcross. Chicken fingers are hot and juicy. Fries are amazing. The skewers, chicken or beef, are packed full of flavor. Everything is made to order so it is hot and fresh.
I've been eating here for years. I've never been disappointed. Always the same quality and taste. Every item on the menu is on point!
