This restaurant deserves zero stars. I don't even know where to begin with how terrible my experience was. I ordered a dhal puri and what they served me was an embarrassment. It was hard, burnt, and completely stale. I wish I had seen it before they wrapped it up and put it in the bag. Save yourself the time and especially if you're really hungry, do not go to this restaurant. Going out of desperation will only lead to disappointment.
So far so good, their doubles is good, don't care for the mango sauce though, bara and channa tasty. Bake and smoke herring is good! Sada roti fried aloo was boss! Looking forward to trying their other rotis
The doubles are amazing, the roti is delicious, and the baked goods are perfect. I have never been disappointed here. I used to come as a treat after going to Home Depot, but now I come all the time.
The price is right when you go to Katz. You can’t go wrong. It a new roti shop in the area. Give it a try and share it with others. Enjoy everyone. Book a table now
Too much salt, and the chick peas were not properly cooked in the doubles... Hope you do better next time.
The doubles dish was highly disrespectful to the cultural roots it claimed to represent.
