Just had a small Cod Chips and it was spot on! Nice sized fish, lovely white meat and batter not greasy. Fat chips (normally I prefer thin) we’re very tasty and again not greasy but reasonably crispy. Feeling nice and full and pleased i didn’t get the large fish as often they’re just too big! I’ve tried Bradley’s and White Horse and these were the best by far. And a better price too at just £6.20. Can highly recommend! Service: 5
Excellent. We had a very peaceful and enjoyable night. Rooms are very nice with en suite shower room. The beds were very comfortable. It is situated in the High Street, very convenient for all the town shops and amenities. Lovely restaurant as well, specialising in seafood. Fantastic fish and chips. Highly recommended. Can not fault the staff so helpful and the room was great. However to have constant boom boom boom music until 1am from bar below then to listen to the noise from the alleyway outside my room window as those making it home from a night out it was past 2am before I got any sleep... Called in with my family for a lunch break from shopping. What a lovely place. The staff are very friendly and the food delicious I had small fish and chips the perfect size. The fish was white as white and the batter lovely and crispy. The chips were crispy and ungreasy and to top it all real! Mushy peas. Service: 5 Location: 5 Book a table now
