We had lunch at Katherine's yesterday. It is on our rotation of lunch places. We noticed none of the familiar employees were there, which we remarked as odd. I ordered a double burger with fries. My wife ordered a single with fries. The placed wasabout 1/3 full but it took 40 minutes to get our food. Once the food arrived, my wife was given a double burger, but we couldnot get the waitresses attention to tell her. The fries were cold and burgers were VERY overcooked. The waitress only returnedafter we finished eating and quickly dropped off the check. POOR service and POOR food does not warrant a return in my books.
I had a wonderful experience at Katherine's Cafe! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, providing excellent service. The burger I ordered was so delicious that I couldn't stop eating it! This was my first visit, but it was memorable and I loved every minute of it.
The owner and staff are fantastic. The food is exceptional—truly out of this world. The restaurant has a warm and inviting atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it, giving it a solid 5 stars!
