I strongly recommend reviewing your bill carefully before making a payment. Recently, I experienced some questionable practices at this restaurant where I was overcharged. For starters, a gratuity was automatically added to my bill without my consent, even though I was dining with just one other person, and I did not receive an itemized bill. I was also misled into leaving an additional tip on top of an amount that already included the gratuity. Despite asking multiple times, the staff were reluctant to provide the detailed bill, only printing it out after I approached the counter and raised my voice a bit. According to New York law, restaurants are required to clearly disclose any service c...

Had an amazing experience at Kathmandu Fusion Kitchen! We tried the traditional Nepali thali and dhido set — and everything from the gundruk to the goat curry hit just right. The dhido was perfectly cooked with just the right texture, served with flavorful saag, tangy pickles, and rich mutton curry that tasted like home. The thali with basmati rice, chicken curry, and sides had the perfect balance of spice and comfort. Every bite reminded us of authentic Nepali flavors — bold, hearty, and deeply satisfying. Service was friendly and quick, and the presentation was on point. If you’re looking for an authentic Nepali meal that feels both traditional and elevated — this is the spot. Highly recom...

Anyone craving for authentic Bhutun fry goat fried inner part) please check this place out, their Bhutun is divine. Perfect texture and balance of masalas. What a pity that the service does not accompany the high quality of the cooking. You can hardly get a smile out of the waitresses.Thankfully the guy server, a middle-aged charming man, is always around willing to exchange some kind words with all his clients. We ordered five different type of Thalis and a set of chickentaas which were equally delicious. Out of all , only drawback of the whole set of food was alo cauliflower very flavorless. So far I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and had a pleasant dining experience with food.

I stopped here for a quick dinner with my husband on a Friday night. The restaurant was empty, and we were seated at a table that wasn’t clean. The server promptly cleaned it for us and brought menus, then what seemed to be the manager came over to explain the menu. To keep it brief, the food was just okay. The service was average, and the server appeared to expect a tip right after handing us the check. We had to ask the manager not to reach over or point directly at our food, as he nearly touched it. I would not eat here again and don’t recommend it. Book a table now

The food at this restaurant is absolutely incredible. I highly recommend trying it out. My brother suggested this place to me and my group ended up dining here for three consecutive days while we were in New York. We sampled dishes like C momo, jhol momo, chicken thali, tea, and veg thali, all of which had delicious Nepalese flavors. The Gundruk ko chatani in the chicken thali was a standout. I definitely won't be skipping this place if I ever visit New York again.

The food at Kathmandu Fusion Kitchen is good, but the service leaves much to be desired. The staff seem untrained and lack the basic courtesy expected when dealing with customers. For example, they asked us to sit next to an open hole leading to the basement, which felt unsafe and uncomfortable. They should either close off that area to ensure guests can dine peacefully or avoid seating customers near such a hazard altogether.

Have been exploring all the Momo places the Momo was to our expectations. Really liked the soup on jhol momo, tangier side. Goat Bhutan tasted good but it was too tiny pieces to feel you are actually eating them. I would prefer little bigger pieces. The server was very polite friendly. The seating the decor was okay.

We stopped in to order take out. Was told 20 minutes. We stood there waiting for 55 minutes. I don't think I need to say much more.Food was good but not notable compared to similar restaurants, and definitely not worth the wait. Staff were friendly but overwhelmed. Book a table now
