They know what they’re doing here! I’ve been here 3+ times and I think they’ve been very consistent. Great service and friendly people at the register. My to go order is the cheese katsu- perfect portioning. Agree with the suggestions to eat indoors to experience the freshness, everytime I’ve gone we either ate at the table or in the car outside. We got the Cheese Donkatsu and Shrimp Katsu. Even though we did takeout and the food sat through a 20 minute car ride, it was still pretty intact. The crisp on these menu items was on point. Also really appreciated how everything was packaged so well and clean! We also got a side of curry which they charged $4 for but we probably wouldn’t get it again. We preferred the different sauces provided with the menu items. We’ll definitely be back for more fried goodness!
I recently dined at this restaurant for lunch and had a meal that cost between $10-20 per person. The food was excellent, I would give it a rating of 5 out of 5. The service was just average, I would rate it a 3 out of 5. The atmosphere was also decent, I would give it a rating of 3 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the Shrimp Katsu and Wang Donkatsu dishes.
$13 for two big pieces, rice, coleslaw, pickled onion, and sauce. Two people can share! Where are you going to find that with todays prices? I visited the restaurant once and really enjoyed their crispy Katsu cutlets. I would love to go back again in the future. We ordered the Chicken Katsu and Shrimp Katsu, both of which came in large portions at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this place for a dine-in lunch option.
