The food was fantastic, the staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was wonderful. The restaurant is quite small, but we were fortunate to find seats. I went with my family to celebrate my mom's birthday, and it did not disappoint. We were seated right away and received our menus by scanning a code. Our main dishes and appetizers arrived quickly, except for one. They kindly offered us the forgotten dish on the house, which was a nice gesture. The Katsu was incredibly delicious, and the carbonara sauce paired excellently with the meat and rice. The chicken appetizer was also very tasty and satisfying. My family left feeling very pleased with the food we had.

I ordered the teriyaki mayo pork loin katsu and the sweet chili pork loin katsu with cheese. Both dishes were generously portioned and came with a bowl of soup to start. The pork loin was incredibly tasty and crispy, pairing perfectly with the teriyaki mayo sauce. The sweet chili dish was well-sauced, and the pork loin with cheese was delicious as well. One dish is quite filling on its own. When we arrived around 7:30 PM, the restaurant wasn’t busy; there were a few other diners, but it wasn’t crowded or loud. One downside is that there aren't many options for vegetarians.

The restaurant may not appear impressive from the outside, but once you step inside, you're welcomed into one of the finest ambient Japanese dining experiences. The atmosphere is cozy, and the food is among the most authentic and delicious Japanese dishes available in Mississauga. The portion sizes are generous, and the chicken karaage is absolutely scrumptious and perfectly crunchy. If you enjoy Japanese cuisine, I highly recommend checking out this place. Don't forget to bring cash for a discount!

I had a fantastic experience overall. The food was quite good, and the honey fries were definitely the highlight of my meal. The Katsu was decent, but I found the Japanese Katsu sauce to be a bit lacking; I had higher expectations, so I left feeling a bit underwhelmed. The atmosphere and decor of the restaurant were very nice. My only complaint was the use of QR code menus instead of physical ones, which made the service feel less personal.

The katsu was excellent, and the small portion of curry was solid, but the rice was some of the worst I've had in a restaurant. It was lukewarm and soggy. You tend to take rice for granted, especially since a basic rice maker can usually deliver decent results. However, enjoying curry katsu with subpar rice really diminishes the experience. Perhaps it was leftover rice from the day before? I'm not sure.

Delicious! This is by far the best chicken katsu I've had in Mississauga. The chili sauce was fantastic—I would gladly buy it by the bottle! The side dishes were also tasty. The service was efficient and quick, and the prices were reasonable. Overall, the menu is unique and it’s definitely a worthwhile dining experience.

The deep-fried pork cutlet is delicious, and I really enjoy the white sauce. The squid balls are also quite tasty. However, I found the deep-fried chicken to be a bit disappointing; it was a little too thin and dry. Dining in is definitely the better option since you can enjoy unlimited refills of soup, salad, and rice.

Awesome find for authentic katsu done at a very high level! Not greasy at all, flavourful tender meat, and the sauces (curry and garlic chili versions) were absolutley on point. Honey butter fries are a must try. Cheese toppoki was also amazing full of flavour and perfectly cooked. Will be back for sure!!

I believe the restaurant could use more waitstaff. It took us about 10 minutes after being seated to get someone’s attention to place our order. The food was overall good, but the rice portion was a bit small. I will return, hoping for more attentive service next time.
