When I asked for an extra slice of bacon, they tried to charge me $3! That was outrageous, especially since they messed up my order to begin with. I didn’t want it for free, but charging $3 for a single slice of bacon felt like daylight robbery. Moving forward, I won't be returning to this place because I cannot support businesses that take advantage of customers and show a lack of consideration when mistakes happen.
Moreover, the cashier was inattentive and rude. Although she spoke softly, her attitude was unpleasant when I returned the sandwich to explain the problem. It’s no surprise they are hiring; there seems to be an underlying issue with customer service here.
Worst $14 sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. Dry corned beef and a small portion at that. Assumed it was hot, wasn’t asked. Made the mistake of asking for mustard on the side and only got 2 little packets. Generous portion of fries but they definitely need salt. They presumably just wanted to get out of there since they said they close at 3:30 as opposed to 4pm on the web and on the door. It was 3:15 at the time. Very disappointing.
Excellent food. Very nice owners.You have to order at counter and they bring food to your table.My boyfriend and I are both hanicapped and line was long. I was waiting in line when older an came out of kitchen and called me back to table and took out order. So sweet of him to do so. Obviously he noticed our handicaps. In mot sure what bill was but I handed him $10 just for being nice. ?
Lacked good customer service. Food was sub par. Not worth the prices. We did notice when other people came into the deli they were more catered/serviced to. We won't go back. We understand that the pandemic impacted some businesses but there are some things that are standard regardless and this was a poor experience.

I ordered takeout, and the service was incredibly quick! We got two sandwiches, a soup, and a side of fries, and everything was ready in just 10 minutes.
First time here. After 2pm so the place was empty. Ordered, fish sandwich which was yummy. My mom had the same. Will be back.
