Kay's - Table reservation

Last night was the first time I have ever been. the wedge salad was fantastic but the buffalo chicken sandwich I had was kind of sub-par. one of my friends ordered a sandwich that came with provolone, so she asked for American instead. the waitress came back after a few minutes to inform us that the kitchen was refusing to substitute, so my friend asked for no cheese instead which they did not seem take issue with. makes absolutely no sense and is ridiculous. The waitress was absolutely fantastic, the dining room was clean and the lighting was the perfect level of dim. I would have given a higher rating if a simple request could have been accommodated.

Worst steak sandwich I've ever had. The bottom bun disintegrated so I couldn't pick it up at all and the plate it was on was so small I couldn't maneuver my knife and fork without spilling chips all over. It was very darl inside even though it was a sunny day. I'm glad my sister didn't have use the ladies room it is totally inaccessible to people with disabilities.

Best sandwich place around. Back in the area for a visit and met some friends for dinner. My Ruben was classic. My wife's steak sandwich was amazing. My only regret was that I couldn't fit 2 sandwiches in my stomach. I'll have to go back for the pastrami.

I had the pleasure of attending a reception here. The food was excellent, the team is super friendly and their hospitality is unmatched! Highly recommend this fine establishment!

Steak sandwich is still great after all these years!! The outdoor seating was fantastic!!
