This was the absolute BEST Korean fried chicken I’ve ever had in my life! I left here feeling like I needed to be rolled out like Violet from Willy Wonka! The chicken was incredible but the kimchi fried rice was a great addition with some decent spice. Don’t skip the k-bbq sauce. It was delish! The atmosphere was cool with a definite Korean pub feel. The staff were quick, helpful and welcoming and parking was easy and plentiful! Unfortunately I don’t live anywhere near here (I was on a trip when I stopped) but I’m probably going to make the trip again with a few meals at k-coop being the reason! A+ all around!
Great spot with fast service and tasty food. I had been eager to try this place out, and on a whim, I decided to go for a sandwich instead of wings. The sandwich was enjoyable, but it was pretty much a standard fried chicken sandwich—nothing particularly special about it. I'll definitely return to give the wings a shot. I did try the Korean spicy BBQ sauce for dipping my fries, and it was quite good with a nice kick to it.
The food and service were very impressive. The only thing we were disappointed about was the removal of the bulgogi burger from the menu. Aside from that, it was a wonderful introduction to Korean cuisine for us newcomers. The servers offered excellent recommendations. I will definitely return!
The atmosphere is lovely, especially for K-pop fans, as they play K-pop on the radio and display it on the screens. The staff is friendly, and I truly felt like I was transported to Korea. I was so eager to dig in that I completely forgot to take a picture!
