My family will not visit this location ever again. The service was terrible.... A simple quick family dinner turned into a two hour nightmare. Our waitress was absolutely terrible, After being seated by a nice hostess we waited 15 minutes for our waitress. We ordered an appetizer and drinks which took another 15 minutes. Then our main entree order took another half hour.... During this long gone period we only had our server visit us once.Needless to say the tip reflected the extremely poor service.The only reason I bumped the rating up to two was the food was half decent.
Every time I go there I always have a great experience.Amelia D has been my server most of the time I go there . Sometimes my drink is at the table before I even get to the table. She always has a smile on her and she’s really great at the job she does and takes time to say hi and have a little chat while there . The food is always great when I go there and the other staff are great to. Amelia is one server you very rare find now a days because of her personality and her caring for her customers and the job that she does .
I love eating at kelseys, but this is the third time in the last month, where the whole experience was bad. Not sure where the problem is, but long waited, eating was wrong and was dirty. manager was in the restaurant and she finally brought our food and told us absolutely nothing! Sorry clair rd. kelseys I won't be back, your restaurant was empty and I think I know now why, clean her on, literally!
I visited this restaurant the other night with my family, and our waitress Ania was amazing. She was very attentive and kind. The interior was nice and clean, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The prices were very fair. Thank you to Ania and the staff at Kelsey's! Book a table now
loved the total expression of the restaurant. had the fried chicken and baked chicken wings. both were excellent! the server was so amiable and bubbly. the ananas ninja after 8 for 6 dollars, which was a huge glass (see picture).
Everyone here is so friendly and my son was thrilled to win their monthly guessing contest and treat us to dinner! Good food and atmosphere too. The bbq chicken skins are the best potato skins I’ve ever had.
Our server Erica was very attentive and professional. The food at this restaurant is always delicious. We tried the Alfredo pasta without ham and it was absolutely delicious. Thank you.

very friendly staff and quite good eating. we had only started when we had dinner. afteros was just ok. cajun garnelen and honey buns were excellent. typical roadhouse atmosphere.
