I had a terrible dining experience. The waitstaff almost completely ignored us, and the food portions were small and tasted like frozen dinners. The side of "cooked" vegetables they brought us was practically raw. I would have sent it back, but after placing our order, we never saw the waitstaff again; the kitchen staff was the only ones who delivered the food. We definitely won't be returning. There are plenty of other chain restaurants with average food that offer better prices and more attentive service.
There was a clear issue in the kitchen that caused delays in food delivery. However, our waitress was very apologetic and showed great respect and dedication to her work. Fortunately, since it was a business meeting and we had plenty to discuss without any time constraints, it didn't affect us too much. The food was quite good and offered good value for the price.
Overall a very good choice for dinner. We were seated quickly and drink orders were taken almost immediately. Great selection on the menu. Food came out in a timely fashion. The only issue I had/have is that my chicken bites were luke warm at best. Both the other meals were hot and enjoyed.
Went on a Thursday half price wing night. Wings we’re fresh and very good. Some places pre cook their wings in special nights and they come out dry but these were not. Bartender served our table and was awesome. Highly recommend going on a Thursday and sitting in the bar area.

Server forgot to put in our appetizer. We had to remind her after the main course was brought out. When it finally came out the pita chips were under cooked and dripping oil. Would have expected it to be removed from the bill but it wasn’t.
We had a wonderful time with the family! The restaurant was quite busy, which made the service a bit slow. However, Mike was friendly and accommodating throughout our visit.
Overall good restaurant, friendly staff, good menu selection and value. All our dishes were on the a little overcooked side (steak sandwich, chicken, salmon) but not bad.
Server was great. Food was terrible. Burger was very dry, had no flavour. Won’t be returning solely because of the quality and value of food
