When they get it right it’s delicious, but when they’re busy and mess up the order they blame you (even when you ordered through an app and the item is clearly listed)— I ordered what I thought was a plain hamburger patty for my dog as a treat and got some empanada looking thing. No description on the app said “this is an empanada” and to most people patty=meat from the hamburger. They just yelled the same thing over and over and hung up on me instead of trying to understand the confusion. Better descriptions online or add pictures of you use a classic name to describe something very off from what most people would expect
The staff member was very friendly, but the combo over rice was unusual because it included peppers and onions. Typically, combos consist of just meat, rice, and salad. They should clarify that it contains additional ingredients, as I don’t eat onions and ultimately had to discard it.
I am not a fast food person at all, but I do love fried chickens...who doesn't!...so I was hungry and the place surprised me. Ultra clean, great price and food was very good. Actually better than KFC, but Popeyes is still the best!
The fried chicken and fries were absolutely delicious, and the prices were reasonable too. It's exactly what you'd expect from a place called Kennedy Fried Chicken. I would highly recommend it—10/10!
