I was there today and ordered Super Deal Menu, Super Deal Bkt and a combo box as well as classic Zingler at 6:20 p.m. and I regret every cent I spent there. The fries were really cold, only after I complained did I receive warm fries. All breaded chicken parts were lukewarm. I complained here too. The employee wanted to prove the opposite to me and used a thermometer. And lo and behold 60 C. And instead of offering new ones, there is still a discussion with the guest. My girlfriend ate a veggie burger, and when I tried it, I felt like gagging. A disgusting version of veggie. The crispy burgers were the last straw for me after five.
The food is tasty, but the service is slower than ever... in larger service points there are more of them and the service is faster.
