A beautifully decorated restaurant, with everything festively decorated for the December holidays. The food is delicious, freshly made, and hot. Drinks are served from the vending machine (refills). The staff are friendly. Restrooms are clean and regularly cleaned (some customers are unfortunately not very tidy, as there's no paid restroom attendant here). The garbage carts are emptied regularly, but they do fill up quickly, especially if everyone uses the same cart to leave their trash). Unfortunately, hygiene is severely lacking here, no matter where you look, and it wasn 't due to stress, as the restaurant was barely busy, and there was also dirt in the corners that wasn 't freshly cleaned, a condition that had been the same a few weeks ago. The ordering screens all had streaks from dirty cleaning cloths, the drinks station was filthy and sticky...tables hadn 't been wiped down, etc. Unfortunately, the food wasn 't up to the usual KFC quality either. This was my second and last visit here...
Every time I go there to eat there is something wrong with the order, literally the situation repeated 6 times in a row, despite requests to remove one addition, they never remove it even though they say they will. Total bottom when it comes to customer service, waiting time even 20 minutes for a drive despite only a few people in the place. If I feel like it, I will go, but because of these situations I limit it to a minimum. Average 2/10

Good evening! I experienced several problems with my order and the service. The staff forgot to bring certain dishes, and when I pointed this out, no one even apologized (it seemed deliberate). I am disgusted by this behavior.
Recommended when the shop is a bit busier as the food is fresher and better then. Fries are often soft and mushy, but the chicken usually tastes good.
I don't recommend it; there's no meat, just bones in the chicken. The fries were sooooo salty. The wings taste like flour, not spices.
