If I could give this place zero stars I would. I found hair in my food! And the way that the cook and cashier handled it was terrible customer service. They don 't give refunds, which is a terrible policy because, I found hair in my food, so no, I don 't want you to remake it! I want my money back! I realized no one there is wearing a hair net, so why would I want you to remake my food? The cashier was no help because they wasn 't about to get cussed out for giving my money back which really explains how the cook (possibly the owner) treats their employees.I 've contacted Kerby 's Corporate to see if they will reach out to me about this situation, but something tells me they won 't.
Out with a handicap client who wanted to see a menu. They didn’t have any paper menus. Inquired if we could see the regular laminated menu and bring it back. They almost had a a heart attack. This is the first coney we have ever been that wouldn’t allow for customers to see the regular menu and bring it back in when we place an order. It’s no different from their menu touching the in dining customer hands.
On my way to work, I stopped to order breakfast to go: a farmer's omelet and pancakes with bacon. My order was prepared and packed up quickly. Once I arrived at my destination and sat down to eat, I found out that the bacon was missing from my order. This was really disappointing! I probably won't order from or dine at this restaurant again.
I ordered a bacon burger and I couldn’t finish more than a couple bites because the lettuce was dirty, the patty had no taste, and bacon wasn’t cooked thoroughly. Unfortunately I asked for no cheese and maybe that would’ve been the only good thing in it…

I ordered a Greek salad and spinach pie. Got all the way home to find out I really had a head of lettuce with two beets, hardly and feta and old looking spinach pie. Needless to say I live too far to go back. Won't make this mistake again. Disgusting!
The food was unpleasant and served cold. There were some black specks floating in my drink! I will never dine here again. Additionally, they refused to issue a refund for the unsatisfactory meal.
This is my son's favorite spot. After I picked him up from school we came to Kerby's to find they were closed at 4:30. Google said they close at 7pm ?
I visited this restaurant to grab some coney dogs before work, but unfortunately, it closed an hour earlier than expected.
