I ordered a Western omelette. The eggs were rubbery literally floppy and bouncing back and forth as I played with it. The vegetables weren't cooked SOOOOOO. BAAADDD. When I complained they got angry and stormed off. Then offered to make me a new one. I said he won't cook it differently. Waited for the manager who insultingly only gave me a free coffee. Less than half hour later I was on the toilet. I called them again actually ask for a refund of more than free coffee because I was already feeling sick. They sucked but I didn't think it would make me sick. He continues to offer me a new omelette, I say no this one already made me sick .. but wouldn't shut up ..hung up on me ....I called agai...
First of all would not have given this place any stars. Came for breakfast early evening. Prompt service. Made fresh coffee and took order. Plates came, looked very good. French toast had an odd flavor. Eggs and bacon, good. Ate part of 1 out of 2 eggs. Ate 1 out of 2 bacon. 1/2 out of 2 sausage sausage was hard in texture. Supervisor said I could reorder, but have to pay for what I ate. Wanted hash brown instead of french toast. Any other restaurant would have made everything, over and fresh. Update: Staffing was good today, so many servers, finally. However, the restaurant was kinda gross? First, the table we went to had standing water under it. A server had spilled water. They apologized for it. But also. They never cleaned it up. The next table we went to, the bench was sticky. While eating, I went to use the salt. But it was clogged up with syrup, and sticky. I asked for a new one, and our server got us one from a different table. And put the sticky clogged one BACK ON ANOTHER TABLE. Bathroom was full of flies and also sticky. Food is good for a Coney.
I would love to eat at Kerby's on a regular basis. Unfortunately, I cannot because their menu does not include hearty vegan options. Vegan protein dishes would be appreciated by customers who are concerned about animal welfare, who have dietary restrictions, and/or who need to reduce their cholesterol intake. Plant-based hot dogs and chili exist and would make vegan Coney dogs an easy addition to the menu. Vegan chili fries would also be a great Detroit treat!

One of the worst koney Island I have ever been to. Worst food you can ever eat. Hashbrown was not done properly, eggs were really made bad, and pita wrap just had two slices of gyro meat for 7.97. The waitress was licking her fingers after she ate something (from her own box) and started serving us...without washing hands... Never going back to this place.
Nobody was in the restaurant. Staff was very friendly. I didn't like that the owner I'm guessing) was on his phone the whole time we were there from walking in... until checking out. He went to ring us up. Set his phone down and picked it right back up. It felt awkward and rude. However food was good and Kerby melt combos were made perfect.
Food was so so at best and quantity was small.. restaurant was dirty and bathrooms were disgusting. Only good thing about it was the server was nice. I hope she finds a better place to work. I won't return.
The food and service we're absolutely wonderful! It's acute little place. Im unsure if I spoke to the manager or owner but he was so kind, and I loved his accent. Great place for lunch or breakfast.

Not good. The sausage was cold, the bacon was cold AND rubbery, undercooked. My eggs tasted like they had pancake batter in them. The inside was very clean, but breakfast was not good.
It seems the serving size was smaller since the last time I came here and the server was slower.Food: 3/5
