I highly recommend Kermanig Bakery. I found out about them at Costco a few years ago and have become a regular customer ever since. I love the Tomato Mushroom Focaccias and regularly buy a lot of them from their website. The focaccias are extremely delicious and well-made. Fresh baked, handmade with natural and healthy ingredients. Packaged carefully with bubble wrap inside and fragile shipping stickers on box. Quick order turnaround time and fast shipping. I look forward to trying out their other baked goods in the future as well. I purchased three 3-packs of focaccia at Costco. The flavors were Spinach Feta, Jalapeno Cheddar, and Mozzarella Basil, and they were devoured in about 20 minutes. I preheated a baking sheet, spread chopped garlic and olive oil on it, and baked the focaccia in the oven. The delicious smell quickly attracted my family to the kitchen, where I used a pizza cutter to share the warm bread with everyone. We all loved it so much that I had to find out where this bakery was located, only to discover it was 70 minutes away from my house. I hope that Costco will start carrying these amazing focaccias because they were a huge hit with my family.

The focaccia’s were awsome and Ive been getting them for years in Arizona then in California. however recently (last 6 months or so) we noticed a lot less topping on the breads in all flavors. I compared it to some my sister had frozen in her deep freezer and it was a clear difference : I don’t mind paying a bit more as long as the quality stays the same and it seems they changed it up to keep the price

These breads are full of toxic seed oils and canned vegetables and the dough includes lots of chemicals and preservatives and their baklava is so bad they use soy oil for everything shame on the owners for using the cheapest ingredients I’m sure they don’t eat this crap themselves Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Book a table now
