Saturday evening around 8pm I walked in with my two daughters and waited at the entrance. Placed looked really busy. After a while, nobody bothered seeing to us, so we took a few steps in. Waitress asked if we have a reservation, I replied with a no. She said they are fully booked. I then said we will have take-away. Waitress asked us to sit down and wait on the chairs next to the bar. To which the manager came and told her to get rid of us, there is no time for us. Then, also did a few hand gestures to add some more spice to the already awful reply. We arrived for dinner approx 9pm on a saturday evening The restaurant wasn't busy , we ordered our drinks then our starters and mains approx 9.30pm. The waitress informed us about 15mins later that our starters and mains were ready and were going to be arriving together as the kitchen was now closed. We sat and ate our starters with our mains placed at the side of us going cold. If we were informed when ordering that the kitchen was closing we would not have ordered starters. My husband's birthday was recently celebrated with about 15 family and friends at this restaurant, and I am extremely grateful. The staff were all incredibly attentive and helpful, the manager was friendly and took great care of us. The food was delicious and everyone left happy. Maria, our main waitress, was incredibly helpful and always wore a smile. Thank you to the entire staff for a wonderful experience!
Been coming here for years. They had a refit recently. The food is fantastic and authentic. The service is great. Food reasonably priced and the week day lunch menu very good value. Meat always cooked to perfection. Warm bread. Salad and sides always freshly made. Best Turkish in Cheshunt/Waltham Cross area. Just a shame it’s on Waltham Cross high street. The service was terrible, and when we raised our concerns, we did not receive an apology or any acknowledgement. I asked for the service charge to be removed due to the poor service, but still did not receive an apology. The food was dry, and I would not recommend this place at all. Lavaz and Gokyuzu are much better options with friendlier staff. I suggest going there instead.
Arrived a little early, was seated once table was laid. Staff friendly and service was excellent. We had a table for 5 on eating out to help out. Food was good quality and presented nicely. Very busy night restaurant was busy, starters arrived then shortly afterwards our mains. Highly recommended 5
Fantastic food every time. I’ve had takeaway from here and have eaten in the restaurant on many occasions. Every time the food and service are exceptional. This time we had the mixed kebab again and the meat was nicely marinated and seasoned. Cannot recommend it highly enough.
Used to go frequently before coronavirus. After they re furnished we came as a family even though it was quiet service was very slow. Complementary shaksuka cacik so small like 2 teaspoons. Overpriced slow service better places nearby Book a table now
