I started treatment at Kessler in October 2022 following arm and wrist surgery. The care, treatment, and environment that Pamela, Zach, and Diane created (along with some truly wonderful pt/ot students! was perfectly suited for my needs, which helped me to make a full recovery in just a few months. The staff at this Kessler location are truly extraordinary from end to end. I am so thankful for their expertise and overall presence in my life, my healing journey certainly would not have been the same without them.
The therapists are very knowledgeable and attentive. The facility is clean and they make sure to keep it that way, wiping the machines and surfaces after each patient. Everyone is so nice that going into Therapy becomes fun instead of a burden.
Mr. Hendricks is extremely focused on the individuals care and works with the patients to ensure they are improving and can move forward. He is maniacally focused all while supporting the patient in his care.
