Getaria is overrun with tourists in August, it can be difficult to find a place to eat without a reservation. In these socially distant times you will struggle to avoid a crowd. This place is just outside the tourist center of town and is large and modern. There is a huge covered patio with magnificent views of the ocean. It's not too busy or crowded. We enjoyed a simple lunch of peppers, papas bravas, clams, and dessert, washed down with txacoli. This isn't one of the great gourmet restaurants of Getaria but the food is tasty and affordable.
Everyone raves about the Michelin-starred Restaurant Elkano in Getaria, but lucky for us, it was closed the night we were there, and we stumbled upon this gem instead. For my money, this was an exceptional experience, dining al fresco on amazing pinxtos and fresh fish dishes, while overlooking the ocean and the setting sun. Go whether you're deliberately heading to Getaria or just to get away from the madness of San Sebastian's pintxo bars (not knocking them, but the crowds can be a bit much).
located in an area of stunning views, the local gives the typical rations to the content of prices and a quality to leave you very satisfied. ideal of picoteo and families or squares. to highlight the chipis encebollados or the lucra tortillas of potato or cod. the very majestic waiter
Lugar tranquilo y barato desde el que se pueden apreciar una vista increíble al atardecer. Las raciones que sirven son bastante grandes y baratas (recomiendo especialmente su plato de atún con tomate, fresco y muy rico) y el personal es muy atento y amable.

Comí hamburguesa doble y sándwich, muy buen gusto, lo serví rápido, la chica que nos asistió agradable, buen precio de calidad ratio, vistas desde la terraza muy agradable, sin embargo la infraestructura general del negocio es descuidado.
Right on water front, you can watch the waves come crashing onto the rocks. Big surges crash over sea wall. Great to watch sunsets as well. Drinks unbelievably cheap. Local wine and beer served.
Me encanta Ketarri. buena comida, excelente trato. impresionante ubicación en una terraza a la cantabrian, a los rompeolas de la playa de gaztetape, debajo del ratón getaria.
Además de su amplio y apetecible surtido de pintxos se pueden degustar deliciosas croquetas y perfectos calamares en una amplia terraza frente al mar. Perfecto !

Muy buen sitio con vistas espectaculares donde, en mi caso, utilicé para tomar un gintonic en la terraza. Tienen restaurante que no he utilizado.
