After an additional 15 minutes of waiting to reach the cashier, who seemed overwhelmed with the workload, he asked what I had ordered. I repeated my request for the 8 hard rolls. Just as he was about to get them, a female staff member intercepted him and informed me that they couldn't sell me the rolls. I explained that I had placed the order 15 minutes earlier and that I had purchased rolls there in the past without any issues. At this point, I had been waiting for 25 minutes, and it was frustrating to be told now that I couldn't buy them.

Went in today for the first time and was treated like VIP...little ole me. Christian, who rung up my order, was super kind and courteous and went above and beyond to make sure I have the exact wrap I saw on Yelp. He also chit chatted while keeping the line moving (very popular place btw, get there early) while I waited for my sandwich. He gave excellent recommendations for next time. For this visit, I had a DELICIOUS wrap with scrambled egg, steak, hash browns, cheddar cheese, onion and peppers. And grabbed some mouth-watering bagels to try later.Definitely worth checking these guys out. A+ for food, service, and ambience.
I just bought my last bagel from here. The bagels at Kettleman?s are decent but the customer service is terrible. The tall guy is fine but that woman that they insist on putting in the register is very nasty. Today she took our order, we paid and sheproceeded to have very other order made but ours. Mistakes happen. But after 15 minutes I should have received an apology and myfood. Not with her! She has the food made then slams is down on the counter like she was giving me something for free and notwhat I paid for! They can keep it. I refuse to spend my money and deal with someone?s nasty attitude.
The bagels are fantastic, but the staff is extremely disorganized. I went in to buy six bagels and paid in cash, but I ended up waiting in line for 25 minutes with no one taking new orders. I watched in frustration as online and phone orders wiped out all the everything bagels, which is what I had come for. There were eight available when I joined the line, but by the time I reached the register, there were none left. None had been ordered by customers in the store. I really should have just used my phone to place an online order and paid a bit extra to get better service.

You will never be treated more poorly and rudely than you will at Kettleman?s. The bagels are not worth the total lack of respect for the customer. I?ve never seen a business as unorganized with handling orders before. The woman at the register isprobably one of the nastiest and most arrogant people I have met and should not be interacting with customers. Safe to say Iwon?t be going here in the future and would warn others to not give them your business.
I?ve been coming to kettlemans for quite some time because there aren?t many places nearby to get breakfast sandwiches..Today I ordered a pork roll, bacon, sausage egg and cheese on a sub roll. Not only was I charged an extra $2.50 for each meat, but I wasalso not given the bacon or sausage?for 2 sandwiches I paid over $22?After this experience I will probably no longer be gettingfood there, and I would never suggest this place to anyone in the future
I’ve tried to give Kettleman’s an extra try every time I’ve gone because I’ve been disappointed, but the quality just isn’t what it used to be. Bagels are fine, avoid bagel sandwiches at all costs. For a $6-10 sandwich, you’d expect some substance.The other location is much better.
I absolutely love their bagels and sandwiches! However, I find one of the cashiers to be quite unfriendly. If the manager or owner is reading this, I hope they know who I mean. She never smiles and often seems annoyed that you’re there.

The best bagels I've ever had, without a doubt. The service was outstanding. It's always busy, which speaks to how great it is. I highly recommend it! They also have a nice variety on the menu.
Fresh bagels for breakfast with great service. I highly recommend. Unfortunately, we were on vacation and won't be able to get for awhile.
