I have been here a couple times and never realized the condition of this place it reminds you of so many other places I've seen or been in where they just in it for the money instead of investing some of it back into it ! I had guest of 175 or more and the air was not working properly and after complaining all they kept saying that it was on. This venue is perfect for hosting meetings or events. The event room is elegant, stylish, and modern. The staff was busy tidying up the space before our arrival and provided excellent assistance with our decoration needs, ensuring we had a great time throughout the evening. The bartender was incredibly efficient, with no waiting time for cocktails, and maintained a professional yet friendly demeanor while interacting with guests. If you’re planning an event, I highly recommend this banquet hall. Additionally, the parking situation was excellent, and the location is easily accessible by Uber, taxi, personal vehicle, or public transportation.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the normal process to inform customers about your rates and the services offered, schedule a tour to generate interest, and then give them time to discuss before signing a contract? I'm feeling uncertain about this.
In any case, my fiancé thinks this situation seems suspicious, and he doesn't feel comfortable with the idea of hosting our wedding there. What a disappointment!
Customer Service was horrible, i didn't even book with the event space; because I couldn't even get in to see the location. When i asked for a viewing date , she replied back saying good luck. Kira had no interested in showing us the place to see if it could work for us.Really sad because i see a lot of reviews about how this is common in the customer service..

NEVER BOOKING HERE !! I tried to book my baby shower at this venue and was declined by owner to see the venue before making an deposit of 125 dollars , she got mad I only wanted to Rent the Room and not use they services which is unpleasant unprofessional these people are money Hungry wont ever get a penny out of me .
I wasn't very impressed with the owner or her management style, which made it difficult to fully enjoy my experience. I was pregnant during the pandemic, and I found her approach to be unsatisfactory. However, the space itself was nice.
I had my wedding and reception at this venue, and it was fantastic. The space is spacious and welcoming, and it's family-owned, which adds a personal touch. The atmosphere is very pleasant, and the food was absolutely amazing.
They need to clean. Start at the front door. Just dirty carpet the moment you call on. Before event began. Amd they need to do work to the being. Not becoming inside at all.
