I ordered a Lakeside crunchy with mashed potatoes and coleslaw and a biscuit and a drink it took them three times to get the order right they brought me a leg in the thigh original I sent that back and they brought me another box out had the crispybreast in it and a leg she doesn't eat like me I sent that back and then they took my receiver I would have been calling yourhome office and raising hell because I sat there all this time and drive through waiting and waiting and waiting while peoplewere going around me and they forgot what my order was they had to come out there nasty was they forgot a simple two piecechicken dinner they couldn't handle that you desperately need some help in that...
I just went through the drive thru at 12:00 pm (lunch time, mind you) and the lady was outside chit chatting with her coworker as I drove up and she told me they?re not open. I asked what time they open and she gave me a pretty vague ?like an hour and ahalf? after looking at her watch. I?m confused. Shouldn?t know you know when your establishment is open and also ACTUALLY beopen at that time? Which is 10:30 am according to google. But she wanted to open at 1:30 pm today? That is the mostunprofessional experience I have ever been apart of. Never ever going to KFC on 44 again.
Got the 3 piece with two sides and I ordered fries and Mac and cheese and I received only one side and it was green beans. Like are you kidding. No one was in line at all, wasn't busy and still got it wrong and I tried to call 4 or 5 times to let them knowand the phone is off the hook and doesn't ring. Awful
I ordered the 3 piece meal. 2 drum sticks and a breast. The drumsticks not crispy but soggy. I pulled out the breast and it was literally dripping with water and was dark meat. Weird. Threw everything out. Didnt want to get food poisoning. Nasty placedon't eat just go to publix!
