This is really the only KFC I go to and I live a bit ways away in Hwood. It's never crowded in here, the staff is always friendly, and the food is always fresh. Even if u ask for cooked to order, they're happily willing w/o an attitude. I get thenaked KFC wings (formerly hot wings), because they already are spicy. This time, I also got a chicken little for nostalgia sake.As a kid, they came on a buscuit...now a bun. It was still fresh and good though! Thanks so much! I'll be back! BTW...the diningarea is currently under construction, but u can still eat there.
Manuela lacks experience as a supervisor and fails to acknowledge customers in the lobby. If you're picking up an order, be ready to be overlooked and not enjoy the convenience of a quick pickup. She prioritized two drive-thru customers and almost attended to a third before helping me. I didn’t receive my food because I had to confront her about her unprofessional behavior as a supervisor. I mentioned the name on my order before she printed it, yet she still implied that I was lying. Do better, Manuela!
Tip: Always check your order before leaving. The fries are excellent, but the service could use some improvement. Right after the person in front of me returned due to missing items, I realized something was missing from my order as well and had to go back. This isn’t the first time this has happened at this location. The food was still good, but it’s frustrating to have to return or get all the way home only to discover a family member’s meal is missing.
It was our first time dining at this location. We ordered 16 pieces of crispy chicken. However, when we got home, the batter was extremely thick, causing the chicken and batter to separate, which was quite unappetizing. While the chicken was fresh, it wasn't worth it. I would recommend going to Popeyes instead.

I always visit this KFC, especially during Christmas when they put up lovely decorations! The place is always clean, and the staff is really friendly. I prefer to dine in. Parking is never an issue here, as there's always plenty available!

Expected KFC food. Rude drive through operator this afternoon. Kept interrupting us as we tried to decide on our order and did not include napkins or silverware with the order. Rude. Never again. Horrible service.
