KFC - Table reservation

We ordered sandwiches. The waitress asked us to order at the terminal. what we did. after we paid we were picked up our order. the waitress suggested we take menus to save. So we asked for a refund. advised to leave the waitress...a manager in the internship arrived, very uncomfortable, in a hello and took a bit of time to pass and iron a card in his machine. In fact, he couldn't make the refund. another manager came to do it finally in his place but. as kind as the first. The poor waitress thought she was doing well, but for the time being, it was all embarrassed about this situation. we thought we were making a few euros when they gave me 40 centimes and two bags of fries. No one apologize...

Chicken correct, fries eatable without more because barely cooked. we look for a place inside: everything is very dirty tables and soil; We go to the outside idem in worse on the ground towels, fries etc. the unacceptable drive!
