Simple order, 2 bowls, small coleslaw and 1 biscuit.. Never got the biscuit, and was charged for it. I never complain but this is 3 times at the same KFC with different employees. The attitude of the workers along with always shorting my order leaves meto believe they are prejudice against whites. I feel they short our order intentionally. We will never visit this locationagain.
What?s the point of having a drive thru if I can?t even use it to pick up an online order?? I shouldn?t have to exit my car and walk inside all the way to the front counter to get my food when the drive thru window is literally right next to it from theinside? Stupid rule especially while we?re still in a global pandemic.
Terrible service employee attitudes long wait times even when slow always playing on phones food is sub par make sure you check your bags consistently forget your items they walk around as if you are bothering there free time when you walk in won't be back
Disorganized place with rude and lazy people, I made an order for pick up 1 hour in advance, when I arrived to pick it up it wasn't ready and I waited for another 30 minutes.
