I tried to call three times, but I was disconnected twice. On the third call, I finally got through to someone, but she was extremely rude. Is this KFC? Where are the simple pleasantries like "Good day" or "Hello"? There was a total lack of courtesy, and then she told me they were closing in half an hour before hanging up on me. It's really frustrating and disrespectful! I think the staff could use some training in customer service and phone etiquette. Just a thought...
I went through the drive-thru with no one ahead of me. When I ordered a 3-piece meal, I was told I would have to wait 15 minutes. I agreed and continued with my order, but then I was informed that I couldn't have what I wanted and that my wait time would now be over 30 minutes. The staff was rude and unprofessional. I decided to decline the order and drove to the Ropewalk Lane location, where they fulfilled my order in just 10 minutes without any problems.
I had a generally positive experience at this restaurant and appreciated the service. However, during my visit to the drive-thru around 5 PM on February 28th, I encountered an employee who was extremely rude. She was throwing items around and treated my 70-year-old father poorly. When he asked for condiments, she just handed him a fork and two packets of vinegar. This level of service is unacceptable, and I believe she should be let go.
When the food finally arrived, it was lukewarm at best. The corn was practically swimming in butter, and I received just one chicken tender along with some soggy microwave fries. They didn’t even include a fork or any dipping sauce. I ended up throwing most of it in the trash. Save yourself the trouble and just head across the street to Mary Brown's—at least their food is hot. Book a table now
I arrived just after 10 PM on August 10th, and to my surprise, there was NO CHICKEN available! They close at 11 PM, but we would have to wait around 25-30 minutes for more. What's the point of staying open until 11 PM if there’s no chicken after 10? This is very poor service!
This restaurant is absolutely disappointing. The last time I visited, I got sick afterward. The chicken was terrible, and the corn looked unappealing. I would never recommend this place. The service was lacking, and the staff were quite unpleasant to deal with.
We waited for 20 minutes without anyone coming to serve us since 2:20 PM. It appeared that drive-thru orders were prioritized, and the kitchen staff seemed overwhelmed. It might be a good idea to have more staff on hand during busy periods.
Online order pick-up: No sauce, no napkins, no forks. I was completely ignored for 5 minutes. This location is the worst and has always been disappointing. Book a table now
