Absolutely the worst experience! I arrived from Florida on August 27th, and after a long trip, my first stop for a meal was this restaurant at 8:00 PM. There were two people outside—a woman and a man—who didn’t move when I parked. But as soon as they saw me approaching the door, which was closed even though the posted hours said they were open until 9:00 PM on Saturdays, they quickly went inside and hid. Through the glass, I saw the woman laughing and just peeking out as if waiting for me to leave. I went back to my car to look again, and she was openly laughing at me. I decided to just drive off. I cannot recommend this place, especially with the staff working that Saturday at 8:00 PM.
Our experience was absolutely awful. We ordered our favorite, two number 11 Nashville hot chicken meals, but what we received looked nothing like Nashville hot chicken—just plain chicken tenders. When we asked for it to be fixed, the woman at the window abruptly shut the window on us. We couldn’t believe it! When we came back to address the issue, the employee was very rude, rolling her eyes as if we were at fault. She just handed us a cup of Nashville hot sauce and slammed the window shut again. After all that, we decided to cut our losses and definitely won’t be coming back. The service was terrible!
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff member at the drive-thru was unfriendly and maintained a consistently negative demeanor, regardless of how busy they were. The drinks were flat and tasted awful, which seems to be a common issue at this location. The chicken tenders were excessively peppery, and the coleslaw had a stale taste, lacking sweetness and being overly acidic. Overall, the meal was not worth the $25 I spent. I hadn’t visited KFC in a couple of months, hoping for some improvements, but unfortunately, the service and food were still subpar.
I think the food was probably okay since we decided to give our meal to a homeless man. However, the woman who took my order and payment was easily the rudest person I’ve met in a long time! She dismissed my thanks with a smirk. I did my best to remain polite and courteous, but it was definitely difficult. This occurred on October 30, 2022, at about 1 PM.
