I went to the Outerloop location today at noon. Sat at drive through for about 10 minutes with no response. Drove around to the window honked but no one. Then I saw I believe an employee and manager and I was just ignored. Then I honked again and the Mgr finally came to the window to let me know they wouldn't be open for another 10 minutes. They could have put a sign at drive through instead of ignoring people. So I left and there were 6 cars just sitting there. I do understand things happen, but you just don't ignore your customers. Horrible customer service and i won't be going back.I ended up going to Hillview and they were amazing.
Great food. Fairly quick service. They have messed my food up a time or two but always good service. I feel like over time their prices have gotten a bit up there compared to competitors. I just paid $20 for 8 tenders..... but not the workers fault... oh and also they have been out of Pepsi a couple of times so... that's not cool.
The only reason for 4 stars is because they are out of a bunch of items a lot of the time. The service is always good and the food is always fresh. The staff has always been really nice to me even when it is extremely busyVegetarian options: Only the sides seem to be vegetarian
I can't even express how frustrated I am. I should not have to wait over 10 minutes for fries while I watch them take everyone else's orders. When I finally receive my food, it's incorrect, and I end up waiting even longer. If I could give zero stars, I definitely would.

Fast service and great food. Cant go wrong for a good meal. Kids meals with green bean and milk are a hit!Vegetarian options: Great choices for a vegetarian to be happy as well.
This is the worst KFC location I've ever been to. They consistently get my order wrong, and the customer service is really disappointing.
Customer service is not a priority here. Which is understandable they are understaffed and working these people.
The raid by Kanel Joseph will be the greatest thing in history for this KFC, just don't kick him out ?
