I will never return to this location, and if possible, I would rate it zero stars. I stood in line with several other customers, but we were completely overlooked by the unprofessional staff. They walked past us as if we didn’t exist, and one employee even came to the counter, laughed, and admitted he couldn’t manage the front counter duties. This is the most unprofessional group of employees I’ve ever seen! It’s hard to understand how KFC on Cane Run can allow such individuals to represent their brand. You clearly don’t need my business; it’s time to seriously reconsider your staff!
I do not recommend eating in at this restaurant. Twice, I placed online orders and when I went to pick them up, I had to wait more than 10 minutes without any staff acknowledging my presence. It might have been somewhat understandable if I were the only customer, but there was no one available to help. This kind of service is unacceptable. My time is just as valuable as anyone else's, and I won’t be returning.
The food we ordered was fresh, but we had to wait nearly 15 minutes in the waiting area before it was served. The servers were slow, taking their time and appearing somewhat confused. It seemed like they might be understaffed, but that's an issue they can address on their end.
I waited 23 minutes in the drive-thru, only to reach the window and be informed that it would take another 20-30 minutes for the chicken. I requested a refund and wished them a great evening.

KFC's menu was limited as they were out of soft drinks, offering only bottled water or sweet tea. However, both the service and food were satisfactory.
Who doesn't love Kentucky Fried Chicken in the Bluegrass State? It's especially fitting since it's located on Bluegrass Industrial Parkway!
I truly enjoy dining at this restaurant! The food is excellent, and the mashed potatoes with gravy are definitely worth trying.
