Went there yesterday. I was ok to wait for my plant based burger. The order was ready. I saw a girl working there, she had her hair open, she pulled them and made a bun . I was watching her doing this. Then She WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS? touched my fries and my burger and asked me for ketchup and any other condiment. O my god. Disgusting. Yuck! I mean no body told her that one is supposed to wash hands and wear gloves.And on top of it she said “i am sorry! Do you want me to put my gloves on” . Dude you should wear your gloves all the times when handling food. I had to throw my food away. Because I didn’t want to be mean and rude.
I stopped by this KFC during a shopping break, and it truly stands out in the food court. I ordered a double tender sandwich and a small fry. The service was impressive—very quick! However, all the tables were either occupied or not clean. The fries were surprisingly sweet and quite tasty, but the highlight was definitely the sandwich. The chicken was perfectly cooked and well-seasoned. Overall, it was a great KFC experience, but there's always room for improvement.
not enough staff...very slow..had a customer in front...did 10 orders separately...very slow...I waited 1/2 hour...in that time 6 customers left...a person waited 20 min for on line service...and to top it all..good we checked because they for got one of my items.

Went for the Tuesday special at 530, the guy said 20 minutes they just ran out. Someone needs to manage this place better and cook chicken when they sell the cooked chicken. Don’t think it’s rocket science.
The food is pretty good, I do believe the chicken tenders may be frozen but are still alright. One of the only places I can find popcorn chicken. Pretty over priced and no Go Buckets. Overall 3.8/5
Slow service. Portions are much smaller than they used to be... Or maybe It's just this location? Honestly was such a disappointing experience. Avoid this food court taco bell at all costs.
The service was extremely slow, and the staff were not friendly. I started to think they had to catch the chicken themselves, as it took forever for our order to arrive.
