We went to this KFC on the evening of December 27th. The worker who took our order and the worker who bagged and presented us our order were both wonderful. I ordered two extra pieces of chicken, and before we left I checked the receipt and noticed the two pieces of chicken weren’t on there. I asked the worker who gave us the food if my chicken was in the bag, and they turned around to a worker in the kitchen and told her that they needed two pieces of chicken. The worker in the kitchen was insanely rude. She says, in a very rude, snarky tone of voice, “For what.” And then the worker who was helping us explained why, and she says, in an even more rude tone of voice “well ring it in then.” Sh...
My husband and I stopped in for lunch today. We were not impressed. The staff in the kitchen were obnoxiously loud and it was so annoying. They didn’t stop the whole time we were there. Sounded like we were in a day care centre. Where was the manager. I ordered the plant based chicken sandwich and my husband had the three piece chicken dinner. His chicken was mostly breaded and my sandwich had so much mayonnaise on it it pored out when I took a bite. I had to scrape three quarters of it off. And then ended up throwing it out. GROSS. UNPROFFESIONAL MISMANAGED. I can’t believe I gave them a one star but it wouldn’t let me post unless I rated it.
My wife and i were here yesterday, we ordered a 10 pc bucket and a bacon lovers box combo.We were waiting for almost more then 15 min for our food after we ordered. We were starting to get really annoyed when we saw 10 other customers come in and get their food while we were still waiting. So we went up and complained and They said that our order never showed up in the queue in the kitchen. So they had to use the receipt because they had SOO MANY orders. By the time we got our food we had been there for almost 30 min.Ridiculous.
Service was GREAT! The lady behind the counter was very friendly patient. The order not so great. Did not receive our cookies, dipping sauce, or salad. The gravy was very watery. Also pop from the fountain on the Mountain Dew was just water (never noticed until we were well on our way down the road) Book a table now
Went to kfc bloomfield for the 4th time and all 4 times I’ve had to walk out after waiting over 45 minutes giving them the benefit of the doubt only to receive no food and go to a different restaurant for better
I was very disapointed with the 3 piece meal, no coleslaw , chicken very small and very dry and over cooked. It will have to improve before I will go back again.
The woman who took our order was wonderful. She was even able to get me hot water to make tea with. I really appreciated that gesture.
