The response from the kitchen worker was incredibly rude. In an unpleasant and snarky tone, she asked, “For what?” After the team member explained the situation, the worker replied with even more disrespect, saying, “Well, ring it in then.” Her attitude towards her coworker was belittling, especially with several customers waiting at the counter. The tone she used was shocking. Additionally, she had long dark hair down without any hair net or ponytail, violating health code standards while displaying such rudeness toward both coworkers and customers was quite brazen. Later, an older gentleman came in after us to place an order. The employee who initially took our order had just finished her...
My husband and I stopped in for lunch today. We were not impressed. The staff in the kitchen were obnoxiously loud and it was so annoying. They didn’t stop the whole time we were there. Sounded like we were in a day care centre. Where was the manager. I ordered the plant based chicken sandwich and my husband had the three piece chicken dinner. His chicken was mostly breaded and my sandwich had so much mayonnaise on it it pored out when I took a bite. I had to scrape three quarters of it off. And then ended up throwing it out. GROSS. UNPROFFESIONAL MISMANAGED. I can’t believe I gave them a one star but it wouldn’t let me post unless I rated it.
My wife and i were here yesterday, we ordered a 10 pc bucket and a bacon lovers box combo.We were waiting for almost more then 15 min for our food after we ordered. We were starting to get really annoyed when we saw 10 other customers come in and get their food while we were still waiting. So we went up and complained and They said that our order never showed up in the queue in the kitchen. So they had to use the receipt because they had SOO MANY orders. By the time we got our food we had been there for almost 30 min.Ridiculous.
I visited the KFC in Bloomfield for the fourth time, and unfortunately, each time has been a disappointment. I've had to walk out after waiting over 45 minutes, hoping to give them the benefit of the doubt, but ultimately, I left without any food and went to a different restaurant instead, where I received much better service. The service was excellent! The woman at the counter was very friendly and patient. However, the order was disappointing. We did not receive our cookies, dipping sauce, or salad. The gravy was too watery, and the Mountain Dew from the fountain tasted like plain water (we didn't realize this until we were already on the road).
I was very disapointed with the 3 piece meal, no coleslaw , chicken very small and very dry and over cooked. It will have to improve before I will go back again.
The woman who took our order was wonderful. She was even able to get me hot water to make tea with. I really appreciated that gesture.
