I had a very disappointing experience due to the poor service from management. My debit card was charged four times for a 12-piece chicken meal, and when I sought assistance, no one was willing to help. The manager simply told me it was my problem.
Always love KFC. Good crispy chicken, best mashed potatoes I've ever had and gravy. Popcorn chicken always good. Blackberry lemonade is great. I will say this though, if you go to the drive-through, make sure you check your order before you leave.
I just ordered three chicken sandwiches, and the chicken was completely inedible. It was extremely thin, lacking any meat, and so tough that even my dog wouldn't eat it. It's hard to believe that you think this is acceptable to serve to customers.

I absolutely love the famous bowl and the Chicken Lil's. Additionally, their cole slaw is simply unbeatable.
