This is my third visit to this restaurant. The first time, my food was ready. The second time, there was an 18-minute wait for chicken. The cashier did not inform me or the customers ahead of me about the delay. I wish we had been given the choice to go somewhere else before paying for slow service. Today, on May 12th at 5 o'clock, there was an 8-minute wait. This time, the cashier did mention the wait. However, when I asked for jelly for my biscuit, they were out. And when I asked for hot sauce, they were also out. Disappointing experience!
