I ordered a Fillet Box meal with hot wings and an extra Diet Pepsi, and it was just as delicious, crispy, and satisfying as I remember. The food tastes great, hygiene standards are kept high, and the quality of the chicken is excellent. The staff and management deserve special recognition, particularly Swethanjali. She was incredibly fast and friendly, and it was heartwarming to see her care for an elderly lady who had been involved in a minor accident with a bicycle. Thank you, Swetha! You made our experience here fantastic!

KFC basically stealing my money yet again. We ordered via deliveroo and I've removed a star for each item that was missing. Coleslaw missing from my wife's box meal, if you have none then just throw in a substitute trust me that's better than nothing! I also ordered 2 x garlic and 2 x Supercharger dips and only received one of each so that's £1 that I've been ripped off. KFC train your staff properly please, I won't be ordering a takeaway from here again and certainly won't be visiting in person. The customer service from the new team has significantly improved over the past few years. The staff is polite and efficient, serving delicious hot food. Unfortunately, the lack of parking makes it difficult to leave quickly; otherwise, we would visit weekly instead of just a few times a year. KFC should consider opening a branch at Cambridge Retail Park, as it would attract many customers and alleviate some of the heavy delivery demands. There are plenty of parking spaces available for delivery bikes.
1) They're on all the delivery apps, however they say you can only order tomorrow at 11am, and then when that time comes around they're not delivering, 2) always missing an item or get the item wrong, 3) I love how they only hire Indian staff who barely understand English, I did and order of 5 mini fillet burgers with extra mayo and they somehow came back with a boneless banquet. I get that it's cheap labour but you're rated 3.3 stars in one of the most known city's in the world how embarrassing.

I ordered via the app and checked in just before entering the store. Despite having to wait almost an hour, I wad then informed that they didn't have enough chicken bites and that id I wanted then id have another 20 minutes to wait. How can they not be prepared for an order that was placed 30 minutes before I arrived and another hour before they served me. It's not even asd if they were busy, they're might have been 7 people come and go while I was there. Disgusted
Can't praise the staff enough, but the atmosphere wasn't great. The takeaway delivery workers were hustling the front of the counter and hassling the workers whilst keeping other customers at bay. When my order was called I had to reach over the heads of other customers because there was no way they were moving. The toilet was adequate, but tiny and a bit grotty as there is a seating area.
Bog Standard KFC, big problem with waiting times. I have regularly waited for 45 minutes for fast food you also lie about not having things in stock. What they actually mean is that they don't dump enough. Presented by the fact that I ordered food on the app that was not in stock to say that they are now making a fresh batch. lazy
The restaurant was quite crowded, likely due to the time I visited. I found this particular KFC to be a bit inflexible; they had stacked all the extra chairs and tables at the back where customers could see them. On the bright side, the food was definitely good. However, I would recommend opting for takeout instead of dining in.

Terrible customer service, blatantly refused to cook food, told our order was not available, then proceeded to give same things we ordered to next customer as we walked out. Will not ever come back, for cheap fast food thought it would be easy, but apparently doing your job is too much for the people working here.
