Tuesday, May 7th, I placed an order thru KFC app for two chicken pot pies. Order was confirmed and time for pickup was set for 1:20 pm Central time. When I arrived, employee said we are out of pot pies. When I showed her my mobile app confirmed order, she turned around and walked away. Two female employees then came out and said they were managers/supervisors. Again, I showed my confirmed app order and questioned why the order was confirmed. One female said, there is no way for us respond to these orders. No one ever apologized. I then stated my order was charged to my credit card. She said I would have to go online to get a refund.
