We ordered 2 chicken sandwiches a large fry. We also grabbed a side of gravy. The sandwiches are ok, nothing stands out from others really. The fries are awesome and if you get the gravy and throw some cheese on them it makes a decent version of a poutine. If KFC offered this dish i would get it quite frequently. The staff was friendly and although it was busy at the time, the food came out fast and fresh. Will return in the future.....Have returned several times but today we received not so fresh food, everything was cold and stale tasting. I ordered an 8 piece and 12 crispy strips at drive thru. My sides were green beans and mashed potatoes. Upon arriving home I found a container of cole slaw, not the mashed pototatoes I ordered. It was too far to return with evetyone wanting to eat but c'mon! How do you mistake cole slaw for mashed potatoes? Also the chicken was darker than usual as though it had been cooked too long. I go to this location because of the drive thru but I think I'm going to go to the Metro location instead from now on.
Today, kewann delivered outstanding customer service at the restaurant. My experience was exceptional, thanks to him. Although my fries were cold by the time I got to eat them, they were still crispy, which was a bit confusing. However, it's good to know that they will reheat well.
I ordered the $30 bucket expecting it to come with free nuggets, as it did the first time. However, the woman inside told me a different story. This is the second time this has happened at KFC, so unfortunately, I won't be returning.

Awful! Place is dirty. So slow. Waited close to an hour for food. I get people are short staffed but isn’t the food made and put in containers? It was 5-10 min after each customer was called. I could have made fried chicken faster
This is the worst KFC out there. Can someone please explain to me how a chicken restaurant never has chicken ready. The employees are all incompetent and lazy corporate nice do shut this store down or at least fire everybody
The cashier who took my order was fantastic! She definitely deserves a raise for providing exemplary customer service. It has been a long time since I experienced such excellent service.
terrible overdone fat food card and what she actually got were two different dinges can not believe that this the kentucky fried huh we use to go no longer!
