I am writing to express my disappointment with an experience I had today at your drive-thru. I placed an order and asked the staff member at the window for some sauce—specifically honey barbecue. She closed the window on me without a word, and when she reopened it, she seemed confused and was in the middle of eating something. I was disturbed to see her licking sauce off her fingers and then using that same hand to grab sauces to hand to me. It felt incredibly unsanitary and disrespectful. This is my first time going here and my last. First impression is last impression. I went through the drive thru to receive my order, the food was fine but the customer was VERY poor. You DON'T hand someone their food and look back away from them. No thank or have a nice day. Customer Service should be prompt and uniform. With as much one stars you have, you'll find yourself out of business. Adopt customer service skills, your food comes second. Service: Takeaway Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1
The chicken is always perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of oil and never dry. The drive-thru staff are attentive, carefully checking your order to ensure everything is correct—a huge relief since it's frustrating to find errors after getting home. Overall, my experiences at KFC have been excellent.
I had an unpleasant experience with the counter staff at KFC. At 5 p.m., there was no popcorn chicken available, and the way they treated my 4-year-old was disrespectful. I would prefer to avoid this KFC location in the future. The menu options should be better managed.

I drove through with my son, who really loves the chicken sandwich. The line moved quickly, and our server was very friendly!
The chicken was terrible; it was dry and tough, and there was still flour on it from the frying process.
