This KFC location is by far the worst I have ever visited. I went there on Friday, September 30, 2022, hoping to grab a quick meal. I ordered two famous bowls, but the employee charged me for only one. He also spoke to me in a disrespectful tone when asking if I wanted to add anything else to my order. When my food was ready, I discovered that there were no straws for my drinks, no sauce for my famous bowl, my mom's meal was missing, and there was a shortage of mashed potatoes with gravy.

I had an issue with my order; they didn’t get it right and even charged me for a more expensive item. I was quite disappointed. The chicken I received was almost bare, and while I understand it was a wing, it really didn’t feel like a proper serving. However, I want to update my review because I was genuinely impressed with KFC today, July 14. The manager, whom I believe is named Andre, called me to address my concerns and offered to remake my order, even including a cake as a gesture. I was pleasantly surprised by the call and their dedication to making things right. They truly went above and beyond today!
Awful service! The fries were excessively dry and stale. The chicken tasted old and had an unpleasant odor. The staff appeared unfriendly and kept glaring at us. Overall, the atmosphere was very negative, and the experience was disappointing.

As expected from a KFC, the food was decent, the service was timely, and the staff were friendly. The only significant downside was that the windows face the setting sun, making the dining area uncomfortably warm.
The restaurant's prices are too high for the quality of food offered, and my meal was cold when I picked it up from the drive-thru.
I love KFC but have to admit for a fast food take out meal it is an expensive one. For two piece and one side you will spend $10.
I do not trust the food quality of their drunk employees, so I suggest eating at a different KFC location.
