While visiting Lincoln Nebraska for a graduation,my brother went to nearby KFC around 7:30 pm yesterday 5/15/22 and was refused service. The front door was open but the rude obnoxious kid said the were only servicing drive through. Than why is the door open? We were staying at nearby hotel so figured he could just walk. Than kid said the front register did not work. Brother asked if he could just ring him up at other register but kid said he could not help him. Poor customer service. Is it because we have color to our skin? Is is because this kid has no customer service skills? Don't know but I don't recommend this place. I would give zero stars.
I placed an on line order pulled up to the drive thru and was told I had to come in I said I was in the drive thru with 4 cars in front of me and 2 behind me. She said you'll have to wait in line then go around the block to come inside. I said how about you just refund my money. She said drive up to the window. Thinking I would get my money back, but nope they gave me my order but refused to give me a receipt. Got my drink and Mac and cheese. But only 15 fries. I would love to call their corporate office.
my son picked us up her 8-PC chicken bucket. he received 1 piece of potatoes, which was filled 1/2. 1 small gravure and a 1 bit of mac n' cheese for $32 dollars! and the original recipe tasted as if it were missing from seasons. What the hell is going on? we were all so appalled and couldn't have been as capable as it was. we need a refund! I won't go back for kfc!
Our chicken was dangerously undercooked, dried out and old. The fries were mushy and barely warm. They forgot one of our mashed potatoes. The wings were the worst of all, all redish purple around the bone and swimming in grease and tons of sauce. Definitely will not be going back.

I like kfcs chicken and cookies. the gravure is really good, only the kartoffels of the maische wish a thick resistance. as soon as they get the heavy on them it gets more like suppe than carrots food: 4/5
I love their popcorn chicken and their other dishes there always fast and very polite I ate there quite a bit are take out quite a bit
Allowed me to go inside and order. Much better than the Ankeny Iowa location. Even added napkins and catchup without having to ask.
